Brunch in the Garden
Last month, (January 2018) was the one year anniversary of the Brunch in the Garden. Susan Joseph, gifted artist and guide, hosts this gathering on the last Sunday of the month at her home. She started the brunch started as a response to the outpour of confusion, pain and consternation after the 2016 election. Where are we? How did we get here? What do we do? She created a a container of beauty and safety for women to gather for sustenance and to discuss the issues of the day. A place where everything is up discussion, as women know that much of the compartmentalization between personal and political is artificial. Brunch has evolved into a deep exploration of the inner and outer environment, the soul and the earth. For me, it's been a place to share new interests and learning, to connect with others who are attending to transformation within and without. Brunch in the Garden is this Sunday, February 25, 2018.
