Leaving and Leapfrogging

The tremendous effort of leaving LA yesterday was rewarded with a surprising dream last night.  It reminded me (again!) that daytime experiences are not necessarily the best barometer of how we're doing on our path.  I felt frustrated, conflicted and hours delayed getting out of town.  Second-guessing every stop, every decision.  Who are these voices that rip me apart?  Well, the main character showed up in the last night's dream, with an unusual twist. Dreams can give us the backstory to the daytime soap.  It's not always easy to track.  In fact, transitions are often marked by zigzagging in the dream world.  One night, angels, the next night, demons.  As layers of unconscious content (watch out for poopy dreams here, literally!) are released, what's underneath becomes visible.  So, while leaving LA was painful, my dream suggested I got through something that had been blocking the road for a long time.  Watch for this in your dreams.  That feeling of backward slide might actually be a leapfrog.
